Continuous Improvement Support
Our Continuous Improvement Support embeds a sustainable cycle of reflection, monitoring, and development within your school. Starting with a thorough review of your systems, self-evaluation, and planning, we build a strong foundation. We then create or refine a monitoring schedule aligned with Ofsted's inspection framework, Independent School Standards, and your school’s mission. Through half-termly “Support & Challenge” visits, we track progress, address issues, suggest strategies, and ensure compliance, offering professional supervision and policy updates. Quality Assurance Support
Our Quality Assurance Support service provides schools with regular, structured external oversight to drive improvement and maintain high standards. Each term includes two consultant visits: an evaluative visit in the first half to review key aspects of provision against Ofsted's inspection framework, Independent School Standards, and your school’s mission and identify areas for development. This is followed by a progress monitoring visit to assess improvement steps, offer professional supervision for the headteacher, and discuss any relevant updates in legislation or guidance.
Customised Improvement Support
Our Customised School Improvement Support is designed for schools seeking a more tailored approach to development.
